Born and raised in rural Alberta, Katrina grew up on her family’s farm near the small town of Edson. Coming from a long line of farmers and a family deeply rooted in Alberta’s oil and gas industry, she developed a strong appreciation for the hard work, resilience, and perseverance that define Albertan communities. These values continue to shape her approach to mortgage financing and her dedication to helping clients achieve their financial goals.

 

A proud graduate of the University of Alberta, Katrina earned both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with Honours and a Master of Nursing in Education. Her career as an Emergency Registered Nurse helped her develop exceptional organizational skills, efficiency, and a strong commitment to advocating for others. Today, she brings those same qualities to the mortgage industry, ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout every stage of the financing process. Whether assisting with the purchase of a dream home, a refinance, retirement planning, or the creation of a family homestead, Katrina takes the time to understand each client’s unique circumstances and provide mortgage solutions tailored to their needs.

 

Outside of her professional life, Katrina enjoys spending time around a campfire with family and friends, tending to her garden, baking, exploring creative art projects, and visiting her family’s pets and livestock. Above all, she values the simple moments that keep her grounded and connected to her rural Alberta roots.
