Arcot brings over 15 years of banking experience with RBC, including more than a decade in business and commercial banking. He worked in different markets in the Edmonton Metropolitan Area and the Tri-City and Langley markets in British Columbia.

He has managed portfolios for small and medium-sized enterprises as well as nonprofit organizations, supporting numerous entrepreneurs in expanding their businesses and cultivating strong relationships with business owners.
