Ai is a native Japanese speaker with excellent communication skills in English and a strong knowledge of French. After spending 24 years in Ontario and Quebec, Ai relocated to Alberta, where her time in Quebec helped her develop fluency in French.

Ai spent her youth in Ontario and later pursued studies in Psychology and Managerial Accounting in Quebec. Over the years, Ai has gained more than 10 years of client service experience, along with exposure to the IT field.

Ai is currently employed part-time as the Office Manager at the Edmonton Japanese Community Association.

In her spare time, Ai enjoys playing the piano and taking road trips to British Columbia and the United States.
