About Legacy Mortgage®

Legacy Mortgage Group(LMG) was founded in 2019 by two business partners, Sundeep Randhawa and Leo Orellana-Molina to serve Edmonton and area. LMG began as a residential mortgage brokerage; however, market demand pushed the company to diversify into commercial financing and private capital. In 2024 LMG merged with ATP Mortgage Corporation, joined with leaders TJ Grewal and Simran Sehmby; to expand their footprint into Western Canada with an office in Surrey, BC.

The company’s vision is simple: Fund One Billion annually in residential mortgage volume while operating a fully diversified commercial mortgage division. LMG’s decisions, culture, and growth is predicated on their core values, which can be found below!
